Jenny's obituary
It is with profound sorrow that we announce the death of Jennifer "Jenny" Phillips on August 12, 2025. Born on August 20, 1977, Jenny sufficiently lived her life touched and influenced by the great principles of unconditional love and empathy, a testament to her beautiful personality.
Jenny, known for her enormous heart and soul, leaves a legacy that will continue to shine in the hearts of everyone she encountered. Among her notable achievements was surviving the unsurvivable, an apt testament to her strength and incredible resilience.
She devoted herself to the well-being of others and channeled her energy into causes she deeply cared about. Jenny found immense satisfaction in volunteering at Animal House Shelter and Paws Chicago, two charities often at the forefront of her philanthropic endeavors.
With a fondness for films like 'The Other Boleyn Girl' and 'La Bamba', Jenny's nuanced taste in cinema, much like her personality, had a delightful blend of charm and dramatic flair.
Jenny is survived by her loving partner, Chucky Phillips, and her life will continue shining through her three children, Gianna L., Julian C., and Michael L. Her sister, Leslie Webber, also survives her. Her love, teachings, and memories will forever remain a cherished treasure for them all.
In honor of her impassioned support for animal welfare, a fund has been established in Jenny's memory for "Paws Chicago". In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made at https://everloved.com/life-of….
