Such a sweet lady and so full of life, soaking up every moment. Thank you for the memories Jennifer. Of putting up the Christmas lights at the entrance, of repainting the street signs. You were always there to help, or scold me for doing more that you thought I should. I hope our heavenly father is holding you, your mother and your brother in the palm of His hand on this anniversary of your passing.

Jennifer was like another mother to me. Being with her was always warm and inviting. She felt like a hug. There was never a time where I felt as if she didn’t want me around or didn’t know what to say. She was always supportive of me and made me feel as if I were one of her own. I’ll never forget her laugh or curling up on the couch with her next to Ellen and I watching some kind of horror movie or Ghost Adventures. I’ll never forget the first time I stayed over at their house and the next day was Easter and she made me a basket. She just had such a way of being that was so beautiful and radiant. To say that I will miss her is an understatement like no other. I loathe her absence. Whenever I lost my own mother, she was so tender and knew just how to show up. A person like that is simply unforgettable.
