Jenn deep sea fishing. She loved fishing of any sort but especially loved being on the ocean.

I will always remember Jennifer as Chris’s & Mark’s baby girl & Melissa’s little sis. One of few blonde ladies that could handle a loader & bobcat…& was a great Aunt for Crosby. Rest easy, sweetie. Hugs love & prayers for family

I met Jennifer Freshman year of high school in Gym class. We became best friends that shared many memories throughout high school that traveled into college where we were roommates. We learned how to be adults together, and navigate through life. Unfortunately we lost touch after college. She was a great friend who was always there when you needed.
Rest in peace Jenny Sue aka JMO.
Sending love and peace to the family during this difficult time.

I was Jennifer's art teacher and basketball coach at North Chatham and I was an umpire for the girls softball team. Jennifer was a very talented athlete, an excellent academic and one of the nicest, kindest and thoughtful teenagers I have ever known, with a smile that could light up the darkest of rooms. One night I was heading home from a cookout at Mr. Knutsons house, it had to be well after 10pm, and I had to drive by North Chatham. As i approached from the cafeteria/gymnasium side of the school, I could see a little blonde figure standing outside the gym, so I turned around and pulled into the parking lot and through the drop:-off lane and I realized that it was Jennifer. I stopped the car and got out, but before I could get the words, "what in the world are you doing here" out of my mouth, she ran to me at full speed and jumped into my arms crying her little heart out. Now I didn't make a habit of hugging students, especially the young ladies, so I tried to finish the hug as quickly as I could, understanding of course that she was upset and happy to see me, but she would not let go! Once she told me that nobody came to pick her up, I believe it was after softball practice, I realized she had been out there for hours, and since this was pre-cellphone days, she had no way to contact her parents and was too afraid to try to walk out to the road and flag down someone for help, so she just stayed put. I quickly called her mother who, needless to say was incredibly thankful and told me there had been a mix-up in communications about who was going to pick her up, but she wasted no time in getting there and I think she hugged me even tighter than Jennifer did. We had an unbreakable bond after that, but unfortunately as time goes by and life starts to get in the way, we drifted apart and lost contact and it breaks my heart to realize this after being hit with this terrible news, like a wreaking ball to the chest. Jennifer "moldycheese" will always have a special place in my heart and to the entire Moldenhauer family, and the North Chatham family, you all have my deepest condolences.
