Jennifer Louise Hegley was born in Pittsburgh, PA on May 4, 1965 to Oliver Leo Hegley and Mary Eleanor Hegley (née Snyder). Born the youngest of 4 siblings, Jen was raised in Baldwin Borough where she graduated from Baldwin High School in 1983. Jen was a joiner, including brownies, girl scouts, high school marching band, choir, and yearbook editor. She attended the University of Pittsburgh where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications …
