Background
Jennifer's death was unexpected, and the family appreciates any support to cover expenses for her arrangements. Donations will be used to offset funeral costs, and the rest will go toward bringing the family together to scatter her ashes.
Half of her ashes will be first taken by her sister to Oahu, Hawaii, where Jennifer is from, to be scattered upon the ocean. The other half of her ashes will be taken to Wisconsin, bringing together her mother, sisters, all of her children, and grandchildren for a small ceremony to spread her ashes upon our Ancestral Tribal lands of Mooningwanekaaning - aka Madeline Island, Lake Superior, Wisconsin. We also acknowledge that Jennifer had many friends in San Jose, and would like to create an opportunity to bring her community together where her Spirit left this world, and release balloons in Jennifer's honor. More details about when/where TBD.
