Jennifer's obituary
Jennifer was born February 14, 1978 in Newton, New Jersey, to William Alisauskas and Rosalie Coburn. She graduated Tates Creek High School, in Lexington, KY in 1996, and went on to graduate from the University of Kentucky in 2000, with a degree in Communications.
On April 01, 2005, Jennifer was united in marriage to Sean Carter at the Mansion on the Plaza in Brick Township, New Jersey. As newlyweds, Jennifer and Sean made their home in Waretown, New Jersey near McGuire Air Force Base, where Sean was stationed. On November 17, 2009 they welcomed their only daughter, Hadley Belle Carter, into this world. In 2021 the family moved to Shreveport Louisiana following Sean's reassignment.
In her leisure time, Jennifer enjoyed spending time with her daughter, attending family events, music, theater, movies (Harry Potter especially) and rooting for her beloved UK Wildcats.
Jennifer is survived by her husband Sean Carter, daughter Hadley Carter, mother Rosalie Coburn, sister Beatrice Alisauskas, aunt Betty Jane Wehner, aunt Judy Johns, uncle John Coburn, and numerous cousins.
Jennifer was preceded in death by her father, William Alisauskas, uncle, Larry Wehner, and her grandparents.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, January 15, 2022 at The Episcopal Church of the Resurrection, in Nicholasville KY. Followed by a reception at the pavilion, located on the Church grounds.
