Jeneen Marie Blackwell passed away in her home unexpectedly on June 10, 2020. She is the daughter of Ann Marie Digilio and the late Edwin Robert Harris. She was married to James Blackwell and has three children. Jimmy, Bethann, and Courtney Blackwell. She has one grandchild. She is survived by several siblings. Sisters are, Denise, Beverly, Laura, Sierra, and Shawnee. Brothers are William, Richard, and Jarod.
