Gma Jemima was so welcoming and loving to my kids. She also welcomed me into her family and gave me a sister in Sarah. I will always love her for that.
Jem is always there to help others spontaneoussly to anyone! Sure miss! We care for you Sarah, Ben and Beth . The family of Quiratman!
Jem and I first met at class we attended at Sun River Church in Rancho Cordova over 30 years ago. The leader of the group paired us together at the first meeting. Before we left that day, we prayed together and exchange phone numbers. This began a very special friendship that has lasted for over three decades. In the beginning we spent many weekends together at Jemima’s apartment making crafts and wedding decorations. Soon we started taking fun trips together to Oregon Washington and all parts of California. But the most fun was going to the Philippines where is she took me to Lincoln and 100 islands. I even wrote on a water buffalo and I can still hear her giggling when I almost fell off. I am very honored that I got to go a second time to the Philippines this past February which was Jemima‘s last trip to her homeland. We were together helping her brother at the “Beautiful Feet”conferences, and enjoyed mamas 90th birthday tribute!
