Jeffry Neal Davis

Jeffry “Jeff” Neal Davis, born in Tampa Florida, May 2, 1961. Called home July 29, 2021, at age 60, after an almost two-year battle with cancer. He and his family resided in Largo, FL.

As a young boy Jeff lived with his family in Tampa where he attended school, played Little League baseball and took classes in Judo. The family moved to Baton Rouge, LA in 1972 where he graduated high school in 1979. His first job was with Union National Life Insurance Co., working part time in the mail room. Jeff moved back to Pinellas County in 1983. He worked for two companies in the solar industry for over 35 years, beginning his work with United Marketing and completing his career at Solar Source in 2019. Jeff played on a beach volleyball team, enjoyed camping, bowling and golf and taking his kids to theme parks. Jeff and his family were members of Anona United Methodist Church where he was active in youth ministry for decades. He was a devoted servant of Jesus and loved serving his family and his community. Jeff’s life exemplified love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, gentleness and self-control.

Jeff is preceded in death by his parents, Warren and Frances Davis, and is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Jacob and Rachel Davis, daughters, Jessica and Julia Davis, sister and brother-in-law, Andrea and Don Sanders, brother and sister-in-law, Doug and Diane Davis, and six nieces and nephews.
