Jeff's obituary

Jeffrey Dale Watson Sr.

June 26, 1961 – June 14, 2025

Jeffrey “Jeff” Dale Watson Sr., 63, of Everett, Washington, passed away on June 14, 2025, just shy of his 64th birthday.

Born on June 26, 1961, in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, Jeff lived a life filled with laughter, creativity, and love. He had a gift for lifting the spirits of those around him with his quick wit, sharp sense of humor, and perfectly timed jokes. He never met a conversation he couldn’t brighten, and his presence was a gift to all who knew him.

Jeff had a lifelong love of music, movies, and magic. Whether he was strumming his guitar, quoting a favorite film, or surprising someone with a clever sleight-of-hand trick, Jeff shared these passions generously. These were more than hobbies—they were expressions of his creativity, imagination, and playful spirit.

He is survived by his children: Hannah Hein (James), Jeffrey Watson Jr. (Brittany), and Jaggar Hughes; his stepson, Cyrus Mehta; his grandsons, Ian and Travis Watson; and his sister, Suzanne Goodrich (William). Jeff was preceded in death by his mother, Marilynn Watts; father, Douglas Watson; stepmother, Marilee Watson; and brothers, Brian and Terry Watson.

In lieu of flowers, the family invites donations to the Memorial Fund for Jeff’s teenage son, Jaggar, through the link provided on this site.

Jeff’s legacy is one of laughter, love, and genuine connection. He will be deeply missed and forever remembered by those fortunate enough to have shared life with him.

"A day without laughter is a day wasted." - Charlie Chaplin
