Jeff was a well-beloved husband, father, brother, son, and physician. He passed peacefully in Mercy Hospital of Folsom where he previously served as Chief of Staff while maintaining his own private medical practice for more than 25 years.
Jeff grew up in Studio City, CA and spent most of his young life in southern California before completing his medical education at Strich School of Medicine at Loyola University Chicago. He then returned to California to …
