Jeffrey (Jeff) Schmidt, age 56, Rochester, MN, passed away peacefully at his home Tuesday, November 9th, 2021, with his daughter (Brooke Schmidt) by his side.

On March 24th, 1965, Jeff was born to George and Eleanor (Ellie) Schmidt in Rochester, MN. Jeff graduated from Lourdes High School in 1983. He worked for Target Corporation for many years, then moved on to Rochester Petroleum. 

Jeff is survived by his daughter, Brooke Schmidt of Rochester, MN, and Father, George Schmidt of Rochester, MN.

Jeff enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, camping, playing football, baseball, and fastpitch softball. He was a true Viking and Twins fan!!! He was known for his infectious smile, and his great sense of humor. 

Jeff was preceded in death by his son, Brandon Schmidt, Mother, Ellie Schmidt, Brother, Denny Schmidt, Brother, Jerry Schmidt, and his Maternal and Paternal Grandparents.

There will be a celebration of life held at the Rochester Eagles Club (917 15th Ave. SE, Rochester, MN) on December 4th, 2021, from 12-3pm. RSVPs are recommended for food count, thanks! 

He donated his body to Mayo Clinic.
