Jeffrey Lem Kleckner, passed away on April 27, 2026 at the age of 64. Born on December 9, 1961, Jeff grew up, and lived on east side of Aurora, Illinois. Attended East Aurora High School. A devoted fan of the Chicago Cubs and Chicago Bears. Enjoyed car shows and antique automobiles.
