Jeffrey Lem Kleckner, passed away on April 27, 2026 at the age of 64. Born on December 9, 1961, Jeff grew up, and lived on east side of Aurora, Illinois. Attended East Aurora High School. A devoted fan of the Chicago Cubs and Chicago Bears. Enjoyed car shows and antique automobiles. Jeff's life journey took many turns that created distance from those that knew him, and much of his later years were spent apart from family and friends. It is the family's hope that Jeff has now found the peace that eluded him in life . Jeff is survived by his brothers Ron(Becky), Art, and Jon and sisters Julia, Kathy and Viola. Jeff was preceded in death by his parents Julius and Nannie Kleckner, and his brothers Barry, David, Mike and Julian Kleckner. The family is choosing to focus on healing and supporting one another during this time. A private gathering will be held on a later date. In honor of Jeff's memory, a fund has been set up for the American Cancer Society.
