In loving memory of a much-loved husband, father, brother, and friend, Jeffrey Joseph Duncan. Jeffrey, or “Jeff”, was born on October 1, 1961. Jeff was the youngest of six, and according to his sister, he truly lived up to the role—getting away with just about everything being the baby.
