It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Jeffrey "Jeff" Hicks, who died on April 10, 2023, at the age of 56. Born on May 7, 1966, Jeff was a devoted son, father, and friend, known for his kindness, generosity, and unwavering support for his loved ones.

Jeff is survived by his mother, Wilma Collins, who was a pillar of strength and guidance throughout his life. The cherished bond between them was evident to all who knew them, and Wilma's love and support were instrumental in shaping Jeff into the remarkable person he became.

As a father, Jeff took immense pride in raising his only child, Zach. His dedication to providing Zach with the best possible upbringing and his unwavering love and support as a father were among Jeff's greatest accomplishments. In addition to his role as a father, Jeff lovingly embraced his relationship with his ex-wife Christy, maintaining a strong friendship and mutual respect.

Throughout his life, Jeff was an exceptionally caring and supportive friend, always willing to lend a listening ear and offer words of encouragement. His presence brought light and laughter to those around him, and he will be greatly missed by all who had the good fortune to know him.
