Jeff was and still is the best boss I ever had. Whenever I was done with a hard day of work I would ask if he had anything else for me to do. He would often say “Go drink beer!” Jeff was funny even when he was mad at someone, sometimes even more so but it was rare as he had a great way of looking at life. F cancer and I give my heart to you all at this extremely difficult time in your life. But remember, Jeff is upstairs watching us all and cheering us all on. Go drink beer Jeff, you deserve it!

We go way, way back with the Hammer family, and have many good memories with both of you in our early married days when we were all so young. We are so sad to hear of Jeff’s passing; we had more memories still to make. Jeff could always make you laugh…I don’t think I ever saw him without a smile on his face. We are sorry we won’t be able to hug you all and join you at the memorial service, as we will be out of town that weekend. We will be in touch. Sending love, Kathy.
