Jeffrey Lee Gordon, 62, of Clarksville, MD, passed away unexpectedly on January 11th, 2023.

Jeff was born on November 17th, 1960 to Ronald Gordon and Mary Wainauskis in Washington DC. After graduating from Woodbridge High School in 1979, he went on to work as a loyal employee and leader in his field as a foreman for Accumail Inc. for 40 years. In 1990, he met Monta Bowley, and they wed in 1991, going on to have a beautiful daughter, Sara Gordon. He was also blessed with his spoiled granddogger, Allie Marie. Sara’s boyfriend, Kenneth Arguelles, has become like a son to Jeff over the last few years. Jeff was a force of nature, determined to provide for his family and give them the life he felt they deserved. His family meant more to him than anything else in the world, something he often mentioned. He was unendingly proud of Sara and Monta and always tried his best to support them.


Jeff was an avid Redskins and NASCAR fan (go 24!) and could often be found enjoying the water when he wasn’t at home. He loved to fish, snorkel, boat, and relax in any hot tub he found. Anyone who knew Jeff knew that he was the most loving father and husband a family could ask for. Raise a glass of Guinness in his honor. Jeff was predeceased by his mother, Mary Wainauskis and father, Ronald Gordon. He is survived by his Sugamugas, Monta Gordon, his sweet pea, Sara Gordon and a large community of family and friends. Immediate family will be holding a private burial at sea. There will be a celebration of life this Spring 2023 with details TBD.
