Jeffrey Todd Garland passed away on August 22,2018, after a long illness. Jeffrey way born July 17,1965, in Johnson City, Tennessee.
Jeff was a talented artist that found many ways to express his feelings through abstract art. He had an amazing green thumb and truly enjoyed gardening. His witty perspective on any number of issues will long be remembered as shaping his personality.
Paying tribute to his life are his father Dwight D Garland of Houston, Texas, and his mother Barbara J. Jeter of Johnson City, Tennessee. Brother Matthew T Walters, of Johnson City, Tennessee and sisters Robyn Dalton of Maiden, North Carolina and Anna N Garland of Washington D.C.
