I attended Webb and had the utmost respect for Jeff. I was a Freshman when he was a senior and he left an everlasting impression on me (other than the bruises and bluebirds). He was one of a kind and I was saddened when I heard of his passing. He was an inspiration and a good example of character and kindness. He is the type that can haze you and your reaction was, "what a nice guy." My best to his family and I am so sorry for your loss.
My deepest condolences. I found out about Jeff’s death coincidentally. I can’t believe he is gone. And that his sister Debbie also died. How is Alfi and his mom Linda? Is there any way that I could get their phone numbers? They know me very well. My number is 818.4454244 and my email is martinasojv@gmail.com . Please pass it on to them. I am still in shock. Much strength, Martina.
Today's a difficult day, as it marks the two year anniversary of Jeff's passing. Rather than focus on the sadness, I wanted to post this candid photo (a Polaroid!) from my 23rd birthday party (December of '92). We'd been dating about 6 weeks at that point. I think you can tell that we REALLY liked each other. 😉
Jeff was one of a kind, and kind and compassionate are words that describe him well. I remember the Christmas when my son wanted a quad so that he could “ride with the big boys” in Glamis. Since I was a struggling single parent with three kids I had no credit. So who stepped up for my son, you guessed it, Jeff did!! This is just one of the stories I have about the generous spirit of Jeff ❤️
