Jeffrey A. Smith passed away unexpectedly at Roger Williams Medical Center in Providence, Rhode Island on November 27, 2020. He leaves behind his partner Gena Chamberland , his beloved children Isaiah Moone, Miranda Smith and Jace Hyland and his grandsons Malakai Moone and Alijah Moone. He was the son of Leonard Smith SR. and the late Cheryl Cianci. He also leaves behind his siblings, Leonard Smith JR, Alina Smith, Justin Cianci and Nicole Dobbins; nieces and nephews Nadya Smith, Ivelyse Smith, Nevaeh Smith, Leonard Smith III, Gianna Sherman and Christopher Pickett JR, also four great nieces, a great nephew and many aunts, uncles and cousins. He will truly be missed and forever loved, as this was a great loss for all. For those interested, there is a charity chosen for Donations in Jeffrey's name as he truly loved animals.
