Jeffrey A. Smith passed away unexpectedly at Roger Williams Medical Center in Providence, Rhode Island on November 27, 2020. He leaves behind his partner Gena Chamberland , his beloved children Isaiah Moone, Miranda Smith and Jace Hyland and his grandsons Malakai Moone and Alijah Moone. He was the son of Leonard Smith SR. and the late Cheryl Cianci. He also leaves behind his siblings, Leonard Smith JR, Alina Smith and Nicole Dobbins; nieces and nephews …
