It is with great sadness that the family of Jeffrey Alan “Jeff” Parker announces that Jeff passed away on August 23, 2018 in Phoenix, Arizona at the age of 61. Jeff was born in Indianapolis, Indiana on July 17, 1957. Jeff was an amazing individual that will be missed by all that knew him.
