Jeffery smith 55 passed away in Goshen Indiana on March 17 2019 at Goshen hospital he was a great father of three crystal Louise smith Jeffery Allan smith jr and Cody a smith he injoyed spending time with his grandkids mashroom hunting and arole head hunting he was with a great son brother uncle grandpa and friend he had a big heart and would help anyone that needed it when he passes his two son and daughter was with him and was able to say there good bys
