Jeffrey Thomas Rhoten,  48 , of Graham NC, passed away on September 28th, 2021 after a  battle with Diabetes, Kidney Failure, and a Stroke. Jeffrey  was born on November 18th 1972 to Alfreda Rose Rhoten and William “Bill” Thomas Freeman in fitchburg, massachusetts.  He had one child his daughter Katelyn Nicole Martin. His family meant more to him than anything else in the world, something he often mentioned He was unendingly proud of Katelyn. Jeffrey was also a passionate of Smoking marijuana and loved playing video games on his computer and could often be found spending time with his oldest grandchild when he wasn’t at home.


Anyone who knew Jeff knew that he was the most loving friend anyone could ask for. Jeff was predeceased by Mother Alfreda Rose Rhoten and Father Willam Thomas Freeman. He is survived by Sister Barbra Anna Freeman Thomas, Daughter Katelyn Nicole Martin, Son in law Bobby Lynn Martin, Granddaughter Kira Audrey Ammons, Grandson Lucas Jaxon Martin, Grandson Dominick Goku Martin, and Grandson Dakoda Braylen Martin.


The family requests that all flowers and notes are brought to the celebration of life. There will be a celebration of life in near future for Jeff daughter is still planning this event.
