Jeffery Milton Frazier was affectionately known as "Jed" by his family and friends. He was born on January 1, 1957 in East Chicago, Indiana to the union of Willie L. Frazier and Ruth A. Frazier. Jeffery was married to the lovely and devoted Tracey A. Miller on August 22, 2015 and together they have seven children, thirteen grandchildren, and 1 great grandchild. He also leaves to cherish his memory, 4 brothers and 2 sisters. Jeffery β¦
