So sad to hear about his death.  He and my daughter, Ginny Carroll , dated for 2 or 3 years in highschool.  He was like a part of our family.  We all loved him.

Jeff was a very cool guy and a good neighbor. God rest his soul, he took him to early. We will miss him....
