With a heavy heart, we announce Mr. Jeff Baxter's passing on April 24, 2024. Born on September 19, 1960, in Yakima, WA. His mom passed away at the young age of 10, and his sister Gail and her husband George stepped up and gave him a loving childhood. At age 20, he served in the Air Force at Mildenhall, England.
Later, Jeff started a beautiful family with Diane, had two sons, Chase and Blake Baxter, …
