With profound sadness, we announce the passing of Jeanette Irene Ide, fondly known as "Mom" but popularly known by her preferred name, Jeanette. Born on April 2, 1936, Jeanette was a beacon of light, a pillar of strength, and a symbol of love and respect. On April 16, 2024, she took her last breath, leaving a legacy of kindness, warmth, and an everlasting love.
Jeanette was a woman of incredible spirit and heart. Exuding happiness, warmth, and love, she touched the lives of many, leaving a lasting imprint on the hearts of all who knew her. Her teachings of love and respect have left a profound impact on those around her, a testament to her character.
Among her many accomplishments, Jeanette served in the Army with honor and distinction. Later on, she took a leap of faith and owned her own business, once again proving her dedication, tenacity, and relentless spirit. She was also a member of the Womens Army Corp. She loved to dance and sing and was always up for anything.
Jeanette leaves behind a son, Ben Ide Jr, 3 daughters, Debbie Irene Ide, Angela Jeanette Harn, Evelyn Jeanette Durbin, 3 Son in laws, David Roberts, Greg Harn, Raymond Davis, 5 Grandchildren, Lindsey Green, Angel Gabrielle Marie Durbin, Haley Warren, Mitchell Lee Williams and Leland Durbin-Davis, 4 Great Grandchildren, Michael and Sarah, Levi Murphy and William Murphy who will all carry on her legacy of love and kindness. She was not just a mother to her children but a friend, mentor, and inspiration. Jeanette's absence will leave a void in many lives, but her memories and teachings will continue to guide us all.
