Ms. Jean Ingram Hicks, age 67, of Rome, passed away on Sunday, July 9, 2023, at a local hospital.
Ms. Hicks was born in Rome, Georgia on October 16, 1955, daughter of the late Lillian ingram. She was also preceded in death by a sister, Margie Carter, and by two brothers, William Ingram and Vonnie Ingram. Ms. Hicks was of the Christian faith. She was a homemaker and devoted her life to her family and …
