Jax was welcomed into heaven by his maternal great grandmother Wanda Sue Perry, his paternal great grandparents Albert and Gladys Sorensen, Herbert and Anneliese Vough, his maternal grandfather John Graham, his paternal grandfathers Paul Vough and Edward Woodard, his uncle Joseph Vough.
