To our dear brother Javon, we are so thankful for all of the lovely memories together from birthday’s, anniversaries, weddings, baby celebrations, career changes, double dates, hanging out at each other houses, family dinners, holidays, vacations...there are too many to list! We have shared good times together, comforted each other during bad times, conversed over life changing events, laughed about inside jokes, danced in our living rooms, stayed up all night playing drinking games, and went on adventures around the world. We will miss you in all of these future get togethers but know that you will be shining down on us from heaven with a smile.

We pray that you Rest In Peace and are grateful to have a guardian angel watching over our families. May you find peace in knowing that we will help Kethia raise and support Nalani, Kiri and Viseth by teaching them who YOU were; your values, your likes and dislikes, your love for family, your calm (but no BS) demeanor (lol), your respect for others, and your hard working mentality.

To my dear sister, niece and nephews, know that you have the love and support of this village! We are here for you no matter what and we will never let Javon’s memory fade away. We will hold him in our hearts dearly...forever. And although no one will ever be able to replace your dad, please know that we will be there to help guide these loving children throughout their entire life.

To our family and friends thank you for the outpouring of love and support. They say it takes a village and WOW what and amazing village Javon and Kethia are truly blessed to have. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for you prayers, encouragement, calls, cards, flowers, meals, donations and more. They are so generous and sincerely appreciated.

Love,
Rudley, Chenda, Jayden, Cali and CJ

I met Javon and Kethia through my dear friend Chenda at a party at her house. Javon was a loving husband, friend, brother-in-law and cool uncle. It breaks my heart to hear that he is gone so soon.
My deepest condolences to Javon’s family. May God gives you the comfort and serenity during this difficult time. Prayers up!!

“Don’t let anyone or anything keep you from loving your best life.” These were the last words Javon and sent to me. I have not stopped thinking about the profound message of comfort he imparted.

Hearing this really hit us hard. Javon was kindhearted and after only meeting him once, he treated me like I was one of his close friends. I was fortunate enough to get to know him and his family in my short time in Atlanta. We wish we could be there with you. We will do our part to keep his memories alive. We love you Javon and we will always love you. You have touched our hearts in a way we will never forget.

Javon always supported Kethia…

Javon always supported Kethia attending our annual girl's trips. Here he is picking up his beautiful wife from the airport, when we returned from our Turks and Caicos trip. In true Javon fashion, he imported words of wisdom and shady comments before I left to catch my flight back to DC.

My husband and I want to send our condolences and love to the family. We are deeply saddened and know this is a difficult
time, but are praying for your comfort, peace, and strength.
I wanted to share a memory of Javon if I may.
I remeber the first time my husband and met Javon and Kethia, Javon told the story of how he met his lovely wife. He said she walked in and it was like she was moving in slow motion with the wind blowing in her hair. We laughed so hard, but instantly saw how much he loved his beautiful wife. Although we had just met, my husband and admired them as a couple and the love they had for each other.

Sending lots of love to you all.
