I met Jared and got to know him mostly through high school leadership and we were junior class officers together. He brought such fun & warm energy. A particular moment I recall is getting together after school with the other officers to work on a project, and Jared walking in happily saying he'd just casually & spontaneously auditioned for a musical, before joining the tasks at hand. I was struck by how open he was to new experiences and people. We didn't stay in touch after graduation, but reading the other memories here, it's clear that Jared carried his sense of adventure and ease of caring for others into so many spaces. I'm grateful to have crossed paths with him and I wish his family the support and community to celebrate his life fully.

My condolences to Jared's family. I first met Jared when I played in racquetball league. Huge huge loss to the family and the community to which Jared gave his valued support.

I was heartbroken to hear of Jared’s passing. While I didn’t know him well personally, I knew the kind, amazing young man he is through the times Michelle would share her many proud moments of him. I had the pleasure of working alongside him in 2018 in San Luis Rio Colorado Mexico building a casita for a family in need. He always wore a smile and had the willingness to do whatever was needed. We affectionately nicknamed he and his sisters our ‘Ninja’ roofers!
It was a blessing to have spent that time with Jared and his family.
A true inspiration!
My heartfelt condolences go out to the Lee family for the loss of their beloved Jared who is gone far too soon.
