Jared was an incredible person and a friend to everyone. Always ready to go for an adventure - kayaking, surfing, hiking, snorkeling. Always upbeat, wearing a smile, staying positive. His dedication to his craft of conflict resolution and being an ombuds was inspiring - an incredible path of service.  My deepest sympathies to his family and loved ones.
