January N. Simpson 60, of Bay Minette Alabama formally of Bloomington Illinois passed away on July 16, 2021 at home. She was born January 31, 1961 to Thomas and Kathie Theonnes. She was currently married to Ron McKuhen.  Surviving her are her daughters, Toni Simpson of Bloomington Illinois and Amber (Brandon) Collins of Bay Minette Alabama, 4 grandchildren, Haylie, Dom,and Liam Collins, and Rylee Bartlett and mother Kathie Theonnes and 3 sisters. She was preceded in death by her father, and sister.  Jan enjoyed her career as a medical receptionist, and spending time with her family. She enjoyed a laid-back life style. Sunning in the backyard with a good book was her happy place. Per Jan's request, a private celebration of life and spreading of her ashes will be held in Alabama on a later date.
