It is with deep love and sadness that we announce the passing of Janis Marion Oates on August 24th, 2025, after a courageous battle with cancer.
Janis was born on September 26th, 1948. Throughout her life she was known for her warmth, wit, unwavering kindness and infectious laugh. Janis is survived by her husband Doug, her son Clayton (Lindsay) and her three grandsons, Oliver, Thomas and Winston. The boys loved their Grandma very much and …
