Janice Elaine Smith Stacker was born August 1, 1945 to the union of Lawson and Rosella Davenport Smith as the seventh child of fourteen. She departed this life on Tuesday, June 18, 2024 at the age of 78. She attended Edward H. Phillips Elementary and Middle School, and was a proud graduate of George Washington Carver High School in the Class of 1963.
