Background
In spite of my Mom, Janice, being sick, her death happening so soon was unexpected, and we don't have the funds we need to pay for her funeral. She had plans to make arrangements and to help get things in order but unfortunately we never got to that part. She had no life insurance or any money saved for cremation/funeral/ probate expenses. As her only child I am overwhelmed both emotionally and financially. I am only on disability myself and have spent the last two years plus trying to take care of her and now I am trying to figure all of this out. Anything donated will be used to offset funeral costs. Any donations beyond our goal will be used to pay for probate. Thank you so much to everyone in advance for your support. I never imagined I would find myself in this position in addition to losing my best friend, my Mom. Feel free to contact me if you prefer to make any direct contributions as any little bit helps!
