Our sister, Janice Sue Mulvey (Fine) born on December 17, 1944, in Pasadena, Texas passed away on April 7, 2021, Jan had the most outgoing personality you ever met. She never met a stranger. Jan loved to fish, and would stay all day even if fish weren’t biting. She also loved animals of all kinds. Once when we were living in Rosharon, Tx and driving home from work she spotted a mama and multiple baby …
