It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Janice "Jan" Becker, who peacefully left us on June 25, 2024. Born on September 3, 1950, Jan lived a life of love, compassion, and strength. Loved and respected by everyone who knew her, Jan's departure creates a void that cannot be filled.

Jan was the epitome of a caring, strong, lovable, genuine, kind, and easy-going individual. Her resilient spirit and undeniable charm were infectious. She had the incredible ability to make the people around her feel comfortable and cherished. No matter what challenges life presented, Jan encouraged all of us to keep moving forward, an inspiring lesson she lived by every day.

Among her numerous achievements, Jan took the most pride in raising her three beautiful daughters. She instilled in them a spirit of independence and strength, molding them into the strong women they are today. Jan's enduring love, guidance, and wit will be deeply missed, not only by her daughters Angie, Mishelle and Karra, but by anyone fortunate enough to have known her.

A Celebration of Life for Jan will be held on August 3, 2024, at 1:00 PM at the Jasper State Recreation Site, where we will come together to honor and remember Jan's remarkable life. We invite everyone who was touched by Jan's warmth and kindness to join us as we share memories and reflect on the beautiful soul that was Jan Becker.

Jan enriched our lives with her presence, love, and infectious zest for life. Her memory will forever endure in our hearts and minds. Rest in peace, dear Jan. You will be sorely missed.
