It has been one year since Mom passed away. The “family” (her mother and sister)  has still not expressed any remorse over their actions in holding her Celebration of Life hostage. Mike and I gathered at her favorite place yesterday to hold a memorial and sprinkle her ashes. We continue to be alienated despite multiple requests at communication. There has been no closure.

Dear Duane and Beverly,

I want to express my deep sorrow to you over the loss of your beloved daughter, Janet.

As friends and family surround you and support you during this difficult time, it is my prayer that you will experience God’s comfort and love.
