Janet M. Spragg, age 64, of Canton, Ohio, passed away on February 10, 2025, surrounded by her loving family. She was born on November 22, 1960, in San Bernardino, California, to the late Walter A. and Eileen M. (Copeland) Hickman.

Janet spent many years working in janitorial services, taking pride in her hard work and dedication. In her free time, she found joy in the simple pleasures of life, spending time with her beloved dog, Lucky, visiting casinos, enjoying meals at her favorite restaurants, and, most of all, sharing laughs with her children and grandchildren. Her warmth, humor, and love for her family will always be remembered.

In addition to her parents, Janet was preceded in death by her brothers Walter "Buddy",  Jeff, and Winfred "Chubby" Hickman, and sisters Judith, Linda, Julie, Roma and son in law Anthony Carreker. She is survived by her children Michael(Katie)Spragg, Courtney Carreker, Maryssa(Nick)Kitzmiller and Janessa Spragg. Grandchildren Ronson, Mikey, Anna, Anthony, Alayiah, Cekoyia, Kyia, Jevon, Maddy, Florence, multiple great grandchildren, her niece Kathy(Kenny)Robin, siblings Wallace "Wally" Hickman and Veretta Chubb Hardie.
