Janet Ross, born on September 22, 1951, passed away leaving behind a legacy of love, faith, and dedication. She was the daughter of the late Clara Ruffin and Thomas Vaughn. Janet is survived by her loving and adoring husband of 53 years, Sidney J. Ross Jr., whom she affectionately called Butchie, and he called her “his sweetness.”
