Thank you so much to everyone visiting this site.

After the memorial service, we will make our way to Mary Hill Cemetery - 8600 N Milwaukee Ave, Niles, IL 60714 - for the burial.

After the burial - we will have the Celebration of Janet's Life at Lone Tree Manor - 7730 N Milwaukee Ave, Niles, IL 60714. She would have wanted everyone to be joyful and celebrate the wonderful life she had.

Update from July 19, 2024

For all of our friends, family and loved ones overseas:

Queen of Angels live streaming team stands ready to stream her funeral Mass at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, July 20th, 2024 via YouTube. The video feed will be available live during the funeral and can also be watched later at the same link as a recording. We hope that our friends and family that live internationally will be able to participate in the funeral liturgy in remembrance of Janet.

Thank you so much to everyone visiting this site. We are still pulling together luncheon details and other things we want to share about Janet. Please subscribe below if you'd like to be notified when more information is added. Also, we are having some difficulties gaging numbers for the luncheon. Please do let us know if you'll be attending the luncheon and how many. All are welcome, but we do need a rough estimate. Obituary

In loving memory of our mother, Janet Nowak, who peacefully passed away on July 14th. She was the devoted wife of Eric Nowak and leaves behind her children, Erica and Natalie Nowak. Janet was also the loving sister of Stanley Mika.
