Janet Ruth Murphy (Hall) passed away on October 4, 2023 at Charlton Memorial Hospital in Fall River, Massachusetts after a long illness she was 79.

She was born on April 17, 1944 in Malden, Massachusetts to the late Helen and Gordon Hall.

She was employed as an Administrative Assistant at the The Wrentham Developmental Center, formerly Wrentham State School until her retirement.

Janet was a former resident of Plainville and Mansfield, MA and was a parishioner of the Plainville Baptist church. Her favorite activities included reading the bible and participating in bible study. She was also an avid painter and baker, activities she used to love to share with her grandchildren.

Janet was preceded in death by her siblings Frank Hall and Jack Hall

She is survived by her son William (Carole) Murphy of North Attleboro, MA, Daughter Patricia (Matt) Buker of Somerset, MA and her sister Grace (Ron) Mancuso, of Palmyra, VA

As well as six grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews

Janet's remains will be scattered along her favorite beach in a private service.
