Many years ago after I had a surgery, Jan stopped by to deliver a meal and offered to fold laundry. I said "oh that's ok, I can fold the laundry!" And she said, "Oh, but please let me do this. That way you can do other things that I can't do." So true! Her practicality and capability were huge blessings to me. Thank you Jan for your large, practical, caring heart! -Marlene
