Sweet, beautiful, kind, classy, wonderful Lady Jane.

We became part of your family after you met Bill/Dad.  You helped us create so many memories as a family. But it was Thanksgiving and Christmas that were so incredibly special because of you: the decorations, the ambience, the food... Did I mention the food? Oh my, as anyone who has ever been blessed enough to eat at your table knows, you had a gift!!   

It was these last 8 months, though, that our bond became much closer.  I'd already lost a husband and friends to different forms of cancer and wanted to share what I'd learned so I made 2 special trips to Myrtle Beach. 

Sitting with you, watching those silly cooking shows, rubbing your feet, holding your hand, sharing, laughing, listening to the stories of your family throughout time, how much you adored your kids and grandkids, how much you missed Debbie ... I found that instead of me sharing all I'd learned, I learned much more from you.  

What a treasure your beautiful soul is, and I know you are brightening up heaven with your bright light and sweet laugh.

Sending my heartfelt love and prayers to all who are hurting.

You were gone far too soon and I will miss you more than I can say.

Love You to the Beach and Back, beautiful girl!
