Jane Marie (Fox) Messer of Chanhassen, Minnesota was born October 27, 1954 and passed away peacefully August 12, 2023 with her family by her side.

Jane is survived by her Husband Tracy; children: Claire and Wil; Siblings: Carol (Steve) Jennison of Littleton, Colorado; Mike (Marjorie) Fox of Riceville, Iowa; Gary (Arlene) Fox of Rochester, Minnesota; Susan (Shawn) Yavari of Oak Park, California; Sara (Terry) Byrnes of Riceville, Iowa. Sister-in-law Nancy Vanhorn of Wadena, Iowa; Mother-in-law Inez Messer of Minnetonka, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Preceding her in death were her parents Ralph and Geraldine Fox, and brother Jack Fox.

Jane enjoyed cooking, gardening, her cats, and over 20 years as a faithful employee at Cub Foods in Chanhassen. Over those years she met, and became close friends with countless coworkers and customers alike.

A celebration of life to be announced for all those lives she touched here in Minnesota in the coming month. A private family interment to take place in her hometown of Riceville, Iowa at Calvary Cemetery.
