Jane Ann Craig

December 27, 1956 - January 12, 2025

Jane Ann Craig passed away peacefully on January 12, 2025, at the age of 68. Born on December 27, 1956, Jane Ann lived a life full of love, dedication, and unwavering faith.

Jane Ann found her calling as an OB nurse, where she dedicated countless hours to bringing new life into the world and caring for mothers during their most precious moments. Her gentle touch, calming presence, and genuine love for her patients made her an invaluable member of the healthcare community. She found immense joy in witnessing the miracle of birth and supporting families as they embarked on their new journey.

Outside of her professional life, Jane Ann was a woman of many talents and passions. She had a knack for creating beautiful things, whether it was through baking delicious treats, crocheting intricate patterns, or painting vibrant landscapes. She loved to explore new places and experience different cultures, and her travels took her to many corners of the world. A devoted animal lover, Jane Ann's home was always filled with furry companions who brought her immense joy and comfort.

Jane Ann's faith was a cornerstone of her life. A devout Christian and active member of Marissa Presbyterian Church, she found solace and strength in her relationship with God.

On February 17, 2007, Jane Ann married Glen Kolweier, and they shared many happy years together until his passing on November 22, 2018.

Jane Ann is survived by her loving mother, Esther Craig; her brother Marc (Lori) Craig; and brother Randy (Carole) Craig; as well as her nephew Tommy (Angela) Craig, niece Jamie (Jason) Jackson, nephew Wesley (Kristin) Craig, and niece Bailey (Conor) Porter. She also leaves behind her step-children Amy Kolweier, Mike (Sarah) Kolweier, Brett (Lauren) Kolweier, and Bryce (Ashley) Kolweier, and numerous beloved great-nieces, nephews, and step-grandchildren.

Jane Ann will be remembered for her kind heart, infectious laughter, and unwavering love for her family and friends. She touched countless lives with her generosity, compassion, and unwavering faith. Though she will be deeply missed, her memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.

Visitation will be Saturday, February 1, 2025 at Marissa Presbyterian Church from 9:00am-11:00am with the funeral service starting at 11:00am.
