Jana Jo Jacobson, born January 23, 1968, in Minneapolis, Minnesota, passed away surrounded by love, leaving behind a community forever enriched by her presence.
She earned a B.A. from the University of Minnesota and a J.D. from City University of New York, but Jana built a life defined not by titles or accolades, but by the way she showed up for others. She had a rare and remarkable gift: she listened—deeply, patiently, and without judgment. …
